VIRTUAL MUSTERING
Enable virtual mustering where workers’ field assignments are sent to them early in the morning on their TANALOXX (TNLXX) devices without them having to gather in a large group for normal mustering
LEARN MORE
Estate prepares a work assignment roster and imports it into EARS VM interface before shift.
Assignment message is sent out to workers’ TNLXX at the start of the day when they pick it up from the charging plate.

Tanaloxxes are given to workers to bring home together with a wireless charging pad.
EARS platform modular charging stations allow for easy dismantling and reassembly of individual charging plates.

Task assignment alerts will be shown at the start of day on the TNLXX display, along with a buzzer – making it difficult for workers to ignore.
Message is deleted once the TNLXX is shaken forcefully by worker.

At the end of the day, workers bring the TNLXX home with them and place it on charging pad.
Once charging, TNLXX starts its sync process, ensuring all geo location visited are transmitted back to server.
PROXIMITY REPORT
Ensure workers practice social distancing in the field by being able to produce a report end of day that lists out all workers that have been in close proximity with each other
LEARN MORE
EARS will identify workers who have been in close proximity with any of their colleagues based on the distance parameter chosen (i.e. 10 meters).

Once workers are finished for the day and the TNLXX are charging and the geo location data is synced for all workers, the system will start the proximity reporting.

A report is generated by the EARS platform that shows workers that have come into close proximity with each other (and the time and location of the event).

This report is then submitted to plantation management for investigation and further action.
CONTACT TRACING
Perform contact tracing and inform workers who have been in close proximity with an infected worker
learn more
By analysing proximity reports, plantation managers will be able to identify workers who have 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree contact with the infected worker.

If a worker has been infected, plantation managers can analyse his proximity report for a period. (e.g. the last 2 weeks).

Plantation managers can then send a custom message to the identified workers’ Tanaloxxes (e.g. TEST), which will appear on their TNLXX display to notify them to come in for testing.
QUARANTINE MANAGEMENT
Ensure workers returning to a plantation are adhering to the 14-day quarantine and produce reports that enables the tracing of their movement during their quarantine
learn more
Workers returning to the estate are provided with cost effective devices (similar to a medical bracelet) with bluetooth and GPS capabilities.

Quarantine boundaries around worker barracks are defined & long-range bluetooth readers are strategically positioned along the boundaries to enable tracing in and out of the area.

A report is generated by the EARS platform that shows workers that have come into close proximity and those that have not stayed within the quarantine boundaries.
